Personal Assistant/Assisting Consultant IDEAL

Job Description:
  • Handling clerical and administrative tasks
  • Assisting in pre-sales and post-sales customer support
  • Preparing meeting agenda
  • Arranging recreational events
  • Assisting in smooth performance of daily tasks of the team

  • F6 or above
  • Be mature and able to work independently
  • At least 1 year experience in secretarial and administrative support
  • (Experience in insurance industry is preferred)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • 5-day work per week, Public Holiday
  • Medical Insurance
  • Working in a friendly and cheerful environment
  • Job salary from HKD $15,000 - $20,000
