Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Company Description
A high-tech company is seeing a high caliber professional to achieve sales goals.
 
Job Responsibilities 
...including but not limited to:
 
Sales Executive
·       Take up ad hoc assignments as required.
·       Attend internal training.
·       Manage transaction processes.
·       Assist in client meetings, support documents preparations and other marketing activities.
 
Sales Manager
·       To convert sales opportunities into new sales revenue in accordance with agreed sales targets.
·       To sell products and services directly to clients primarily via face-to-face contact.
·       To perform sales demonstrations and presentations.
·       Assist the company in case of quality related matters.
·       Proven sales track record and coordinate with other associates to ensure a smooth workflow.
·       Lead and manage a handful of professional salespersons for business development and selling activities.
·       Handle other ad-hoc projects.
 
Job Requirements
·       Prior experience is an advantage. At least 1-year of solid experience in sales division (5 years and more to qualify as Sales Manager and Sales Director).
·       Excellent presentation skill.
 
Sales Executive
·       Holder of  Diploma in HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent or higher.
 
Sales Manager
·       Holder of Bachelor degree or above, preferably from renowned universities in Finance and Economics disciplines.
 
To be successful in each of these roles, you will be required to be laser-focused on internal communication and assisting for the team. It is envisaged that you are an open-minded, self-motivated and eager to contribute and grow with us.
 
Sales Executive
·       Able to work either as a team or independently. For ideas and research insights clearly and succinctly.
·       Ability to quickly connect and build trust with potential clients.
·       Must maintain a strong work ethic, a passion for excellence, and a can-do attitude.
 
Sales Manager
·       A self-starter character who is an outstanding team player with solid financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and confidence among clients and colleagues, highly self-motivated.
·       For ideas and research insights clearly and succinctly.
·       Ability to quickly connect and build trust with potential clients.
·       Must maintain a strong work ethic, a passion for excellence, and a can-do attitude.
 
Workplace
The Gateway Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsiu
 
Probation: 3 months
1) Negotiable income from 20K to 100K per month.
2) Attractive Commission.
3) 5 working days.
4) Competitive opportunity for promotion.
