Department Administrator – Procurement (3-month contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Handle Department administration work
  • Maintain SAP system
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors for Purchase Order matters
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder
  • 2 years or above of relevant experience from sizable organization
  • Knowledge in ERP system is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (eg. Pivot Table, Vlookup) and PowerPoint
  • Flexible, cooperative and positive team player
  • Good command in English and Cantonese, Putonghua would be an advantage
