Secretary

Requirements:

  • Familiar with social media platforms, including Facebook, Wechat, Instagram, Intragram and Google+
  • Interested in Digital Marketing
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese
  • High school Graduate with working experience / Assoicate Degree or High Diploma Fresh Graduate
  • Some Working experience in customer service, sales coordinator or relevant job nature of any business nature would be more preferrable
  • Good at communication skills, able to speak in cantonese, putongua and english
  • Enjoy meeting people
  • Responsible, friendly & willing to learn

Duties:

  • Identify, attract and select the top calibre candidates via varied recruitment methods and tools;
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond, including sourcing , interviewing and short-listing candidates, presenting suitable profile to clients and negotiating salary packages
  • Conduct processes such as job analysis, database search, social media networking, face-to-face or phone/skype interviews, profile and proposal write-up, offer negotiation, closing and follow up; and
  • Handle general candidated enquiries and assist in recruitment projects follow-up
  • Develop and maintain core training programs for new and existing employees
  • Facilitate staff training as necessary
  • Continually evaluate and update training programs and methods.
