WSE Hong Kong was established in the year 2000 and now operates 6 centres throughout Hong Kong catering to individual and corporate students.

Sales Supervisor

  • Support the Centre Manager to ensure daily operation is running smoothly;
  • Assist with motivation of team spirit to achieve sales targets;
  • Achieve personal sales targets; 
  • Assist with Sales Executives training; 
  • Ensure that techniques and skills used are professional, honest and effective;
  • Participate in business development/ marketing project planning and execution;
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to Center Manager.
  • Diploma holder in any disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales with at least 1 year in supervising role preferred; 
  • Track record of meeting sales targets
  • Leadership charism and a team player, outgoing and energetic;
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, good organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Computer literate, able to use MS Office;
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferable.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive.
