Customer Services Representative

Responsibilities
  • Report problems and potential crisis to supervisor and keep close monitoring on the progress until the case resolved
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Provide prompt services to customers by good problem solving skills
  • Responsible to handle customers' orders and answer customers' hotline enquires
  • No direct sales is required
Requirements
  • Preferably degree or above in logistics, aviation management or other relevant discipline
  • 1-2 years customer service experience is preferred but not a must
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and able to work independently
  • Good command of ENGLISH is a must, Cantonese & Mandarin, able to read simplified Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Chinese word processing
  • Shift duty is required
