Clinical Customer Service Representative

  • Handling clients' inquiries and reception of clients
  • Customize immunization solutions for clients
  • Front desk administration including registration, billing and greeting customers
  • Handling hotline enquiries and appointments.
  • Shuttle liaison with all departments
  • Vaccination knowledge is not a must. On-going trainings will be provided.
  • Bachelor degree, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service, hospitality or F&B industry
  • Work experience as flight attendant, or in luxury retail, hotel industry would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in medicine or health care would be an advantage
  • Loyalty, customer oriented driven (not sales driven), able to work independently and proactively, willing to work hard and be a good team player
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Work on Saturdays and public holidays are required
  • Hands on PC knowledge
  • Willing to work in shift hours (no overnight shift is required)
  • Project and maintain a positive and professional attitude and composure at all times
  • Demonstrate ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain professional appearance and compliance with uniform and appearance guidelines while in public view
  • Experience in clinical setting is an advantage
