Assistant Shop Supervisor/ Shop Supervisor (French Pastry Shop) 助理店舖主管 / 店舖主管

  • Assist Boutique Manager for all staff and operational issues as well as boost up the sales
  • Introduce French pastry, chocolates, macarons and beverages to customers
  • Motivate and monitor the team to provide excellent service to our customers and to achieve company’s sales targets
  • Manage the performance of all frontline staff
  • Maintain smooth daily shop operations by keeping a properly maintained store with optimal inventory level
  • Stock inventory check and replenishment
  • Handle customer's enquiries, feedback and complaints
  • Maintain highest standard of brand image
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Higher Diploma or above
    Minimum 6 years' relevant experience with 3 years in supervisory level, preferably from high-end cafés or cake shops or luxury hotels
    Presentable, pleasant, self-motivated and customer-oriented
    Passionate in French pastry and food culture
    Strong leadership skills and communication skills
    Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
Applicants with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Shop Supervisor.
