Admin & HR Officer

Our Client based in China with 500 education center in major cities. They currently set up an new office in Hong Kong.

Job Descriptions:
  • Provide general administrative and HR support, including recruitment process handling, answering incoming calls, greeting guests, handling incoming documents/mails
  • Provide other service support to guest centers including reception area
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in HR and admin functions
  • Fast learner, energetic, Self- motivated
  • Good Command in both English and Mandarin are expected
  • Possess the ability to assess and solve problems independently
  • Proficient in MS Office
