Human Resources & Administration Assistant

  • Report to the Senior Officer, Human Resources & Administration
  • Responsible for providing office administration support, including stationary & facilities management
  • Assist in handling Company Secretary documents
  • Compile various documents and reports, including internal memos and forms
  • Assist in organize internal activities and occasional functions
  • Back up for reception duties
  • Ad-hoc HR & Administration projects as assigned
  • Diploma holder or above in HR Management/ Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of all-round HR and office administration experience, with solid experience in office renovation
  • Sound knowledge in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other relevant regulations would be an advantage
  • Good time management with ability to handle multi-task at the same time
  • A team player who is self-motivated, and able to work independent with Can Do attitude
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin would be a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office application(Excel – Vlookup, Pivot Table, Formula) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
