The Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited ("KMB") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Transport International Holdings Limited which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. KMB has been providing franchised public bus services in Hong Kong since 1933. We carry about 3 million passengers each day. KMB is the first public bus company and the fourth corporation in Hong Kong that is ISO certified throughout its entire organization.

  • 能操流利粵語、英語及普通話
  • 具備良好電腦知識,能操作微軟Word、Excel及中文輸入法
  • 具備一年或以上熱線中心工作經驗
  • 處理九巴顧客熱線及網上平台的巴士服務查詢、意見及投訴
  • 協助處理文書工作
  • 需輪班及輪休當值

Customer Hotline Representative (Job Code: CHR)
  • Completion of secondary education or equivalent
  • Good verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Possess at least 1 years' working experience at call centre
  • Handle customers' enquiries, suggestions and complaints on bus services through the KMB Customer Service Hotline and online platform
  • Perform clerical duties
  • Required to perform shift and roster duties
