Deskside Support / Helpdesk Support (Investment Bank)

  • Provide onsite support on Desktop systems, hardware/software installation and networks
  • Manage and process the incidents and requests through ticket system
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues by acquiring necessary information to best measures impact to the customer
  • Update and communicate with vendors for incoming hardware orders and repairs
  • Assist project in support and ad hoc technical assignments as required
  • Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support is preferred
  • CCNA/CCNP, MCP or MCSE holder will be definitely an advantage
  • Solid experience of Intel based PC hardware/peripherals
  • Good knowledge of network and server side infrastructure 
  • Fluent in English on both written and spoken is a Must
  • Fresh graduate are also welcome
