香港益力多乳品有限公司成立於1969年。創業初期，採用日本總公司的『直銷方式』進行銷售，聘請婦女銷售員，把貨品直接送到消費者手中，並逐一向顧客講解。

1970年初，香港私營超級市場、士多及雜貨店開始興起，益力多公司也隨時代步伐開始轉營，聘請營業員負責推銷工作。

時至今日，香港私營超級市場、士多及雜貨店開始式微，連鎖式的超級市場、便利店和網上購物平台應運而生，而益力多公司也經歷50多年的營運變遷，也伴隨著很多香港人一起成長。
