Urban Bakery於5年前以歐洲Grab and Go 麵包店概念模式開設，並以牛角酥為主打產品，全城熱捧。自成立以來，研發團隊致力創作不同口味的牛角酥產品，甚具品牌特色。除此以外，URBAN以提升香港麵包烘焙水平為目標。於2014年，Urban Bakery Works於著名地標中環置地廣場開幕，並以倫敦的Borough市集為靈感，讓URBAN的實驗室概念融滙於充滿型格而舒適的設計當中。在全新烘焙實驗室理念下創作的獨家美食，將為香港現代歐陸咖啡室體驗重新定義。發展至今，Urban Bakery業務發展已擴展至生活麵包店、咖啡室、以及5間概念餐廳，網絡遍佈全港。
